This oven can be customized, by creating a “specially built oven”, based on customer’s imagination. The Igloo oven is equipped with a baking surface made of refractory bricks made from the best Italian and foreign fireclay and tested for food safety. Its high heat dissipation and air permeability of the material ensure perfect and even baking from all sides. The oven can be customized according to the wishes of the client.
