Rounded working top 2,0 mm thick with overflow drainage system, basket draining rack and built-in rear chimney. AISI 316 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant pressed tanks with rounded corners, 40 lt capacity, with false bottom for baskets. Front overspill and starch removal double area with drain outlet and perforated stainless steel basket drainage shelf in front of well. Water filler and top-up taps with command on control panel. Drain line in stainless steel controlled by ball valve with easy access lever. Direct heating by multigas tubular burner, controlled by a single lever multifunction valve with pilot, thermocouple, and piezoelectric ignition of the pilot light. Perforated AISI 304 stainless steel baskets with heat-proof handle. Various combinations of baskets possible. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material. AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable legs. Certified according to EC standards.
